Pest Control Rats & Mice

unlikely to me covered by your household insurance policy as most
policies exclude vermin damage.
Rats
and mice invade our homes looking for food and shelter
mainly in the Autumn and
winter but can be found at any time of the year. Often an infestation
will go unnoticed for some time as they are very secretive and by
nature nocturnal creatures.
They are capable of spreading disease and damaging electric wiring by
their constant gnawing. Rats carry a
particularly unpleasant and sometimes fatal disease called Wiel's
Disease which is spread from their urine.
Mice have little in
the way of a bladder and therefore dribble a constant stream of urine
as they move across surfaces and when in contact with food preparation
surfaces then serious contamination can occur.
